Why did you choose Virginia Tech?
"I chose Virginia Tech because it has always felt like home to me. I feel so supported by peers and staff, and I'm always motivated to do my best every day. "
Why did you choose Construction Engineering and Management (CEM)?
"I chose CEM because of the environment and the endless opportunities it provides. Being a smaller major, CEM allows you to make personal connections with professors, peers, and employers through career fairs, clubs, course opportunities, and networking activities. I don't think I could have made a better selection to set me up for future success."
Career Goals
"I am interested in pursuing the project management track, though undecided between residential and commercial construction."
What would you tell students who are interested in joining the Myers-Lawson School of Construction (MLSoC)?
"You'll never make a better decision! Everyone in MLSoC is like family, and you'll never feel alone or out of place. There truly is something for everyone and someone who will support you as you decide what you want your future to look like."
