Pathways to Partnership
We recognize the intrinsic value of partnerships: they provide our students with real-world experience and valuable industry insights while offering our industry partners a direct link to innovative research, fresh perspectives, and a pipeline of highly skilled future professionals.
Connect with us today to join us in our ongoing mission to educate the future leaders of the construction industry and contribute to the industry's continual advancement and growth.
We view research as a vital part of our mission at MLSoC. The key to long-term success and implementation is industry buy-in. Whether your focus is safety, affordable housing, Construction 4.0, or something else, we are happy to partner with you.
We place a high value on industry experience in our classroom and encourage partnerships both in and out of the class. We offer opportunities to speak to our students, partner with our competition teams, or host our first-year students.
Our Career Fairs are the primary source of talent recruitment for our industry partners. We offer varying levels of participation within our two highly sought after Career Fairs. These events allow for both formal and informal opportunities to connect with students. Additionally, you can post to Handshake's job board for our students to directly access your openings.
We offer a wide array of sponsorships designed to fit your companies needs. This includes everything from career fairs and social/networking events to competition teams and capstone projects. We recommend setting up a meeting to discuss your unique needs and a potential fit.
We have an active alumni group dedicated to helping the next generation of construction industry leaders. This group hosts events, mentors students, participates in fundraising efforts, and more.
