The Spring 2024 Hardhatting Ceremony will be held at the Moss Arts Center at Virginia Tech on Thursday, May 9. The ceremony will begin at 4 p.m. with a reception following on the lawn area under a tent. Doors for the ceremony open at 3 p.m. There are several parking options available nearby.

Before Hardhatting

    • Have your graduation photo ready when you submit this form
  • If you would like to record a thank you video to be played during Hardhatting, you can upload it in form or record it on April 22 in BFH 323 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Day of Hardhatting

  • Arrive at the Moss Arts Center no later than 3 p.m. using the artist entrance in the back near the former Sub Station II
  • Dress business casual
