Lisa Ford

Background

Lisa Ford serves as a Senior Project Manager for Bozzuto Construction Company. She joined Bozzuto in 2017. In her current role, Ford manages teams to ensure the successful completion of multi-family construction projects. She is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, under budget, and with safety at the forefront. As part of her role, Ford works closely with owners and subcontractors to form lasting partnerships. She aims to create a sanctuary in the communities in which Bozzuto operates.

Ford holds a Bachelor’s Degree, class of 2011, in Construction Engineering and Management from Virginia Tech and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Mount St. Mary’s University. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Ford is currently the Construction Engineering and Management Committee Chair on the Myers-Lawson School of Construction Industry Executive Advisory Board and has been on the board for several years. Lisa also is a mentor for the mentorship class, gives guest lectures, and participates on multiple industry panels at Virginia Tech.
