Adjunct Faculty, Building Construction

Role and Background

Kevin Bocock, PE, CCM serves as an Adjunct Professor for the Myers-Lawson School of Construction. He currently teaches the graduate-level construction company management course.

Bocock joined Virginia Tech in 2025 and is a licensed professional engineer and certified construction manager. He has over 28 years of consulting industry experience and is currently a Senior Vice President leading program and construction management services for his firm in the transportation market sector. Kevin is active with industry associations including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Society of Highway Engineers, the Construction Management Association of America and the Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance.

Education

Bocock holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Radford University.
