Responsibilities

Brandy Barrow serves as the Graduate Program Coordinator for the Building Construction in the Myers-Lawson School of Construction. She provides programmatic support for the MS in Building Construction Science and Management and PhD in Environmental Design and Planning programs. Additional responsibilities include management of the graduate studio, orientation planning, student progress tracking, and administrative support for graduate student matriculation.  

Education

Brandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Radford University and a Master of Science in Human Development from Virginia Tech.

Background

Brandy joined Virginia Tech full time in January 2022. She most recently served as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Radford before joining the Myers-Lawson School of Construction in her current role. Her prior experience includes serving as a Development Stewardship Coordinator for the Virginia Tech Athletic Fund. She currently lives in Christiansburg with her husband and two children.
