Cory Curtin has been an integral part of Allan Myers since 2001, building a legacy of leadership and operational excellence over more than two decades. As Vice President of Operations, Curtin oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of the company’s projects, resources, and teams across the metro DC Region of Virginia. His leadership ensures that every project is executed with precision, delivering outstanding results while upholding Allan Myers’ commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.

In this pivotal role, Curtin drives operational efficiency, resource optimization, and long-term strategic planning. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and has completed Professional development certificate programs at The University of Virginia and Rapport Breakthrough Leadership. These experiences have equipped him with the technical expertise and leadership skills necessary to navigate the challenges of the construction industry while driving innovation and success.

Beyond his operational role, Curtin is a passionate advocate for the development of future industry leaders. Through his involvement with the ACE DC Chapter mentoring program, Curtin actively supports high school students exploring careers in architecture, construction, and engineering. He provides mentorship, guidance, and encouragement, helping students gain valuable insights and develop skills that prepare them for the next step in their education and careers. This mentoring reflects his dedication to empowering the next generation of construction professionals.

As a member of the Myers-Lawson School of Construction Advisory Board since 2018, Curtin leverages his extensive experience to support the development of education, safety, research, and innovation initiatives at Virginia Tech.
